Important Fee Update

Clients who began services prior to September 2025 will continue to receive a discounted session rate until January 2026. New clients beginning in September 2025 or later will be charged the current session fees as listed for each therapist and service at the time of booking.

Student Therapists - Fang (Alice), Shari and Goodness will discuss and agree on a rate per session during initial 15 min consult. Rates range from $30-100 per 50 minute session, they each have 3 pro-bono client spots.

With over 35 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in primary health care, half of that as a Nurse Practitioner, Shari brings a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human experience, across the lifespan and in times of transition.

Now a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Shari offers a client-centred and integrative counselling approach grounded in humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural therapies.
